Dr. Ali Hassan holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences and brings over 10 years of extensive field experience in pesticides, fertilizers, and seed technologies.
He is currently leading sales and marketing strategies across Punjab, while also managing and guiding sales teams throughout the region to drive performance, coordination, and market expansion.
With a strong focus on research and innovation, Dr. Ali has been actively engaged in field trials and scientific evaluations aimed at improving crop productivity, enhancing input efficiency, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
His ability to integrate research-based insights with practical field applications enables the delivery of effective, farmer-centric solutions.
Combining technical expertise with strategic leadership, he plays a key role in aligning innovation with commercial success and strengthening organizational growth at the field level.
His vision is to advance sustainable, high-efficiency farming systems while positioning DRAGON AG as a leader in agricultural innovation.
He is committed to empowering farmers through research-driven solutions, premium quality inputs, and continuous technical support to ensure long-term productivity and agricultural sustainability.

Engr. Farhan Azam is a dedicated Chemical Engineer and Development Manager at Dragon Ag International, with a strong background in agrochemical development and quality control.
He specializes in pesticide formulation, product innovation, and ensuring high standards of quality across agricultural solutions. With hands-on experience in both laboratory research and industrial operations, he brings a practical and results-oriented approach to solving real-world challenges in the agriculture sector.
He previously served as an Assistant Senior Scientist at the Pesticide Quality Control Laboratory in Multan, where he worked on analytical testing and regulatory compliance, gaining valuable experience in chemical production and process optimization.
Engr. Farhan Azam holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.
His academic and research work includes developing eco-friendly methods for removing heavy metals from water, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and innovative solutions.
